The beautiful Moya Brennan (Máire Ní Bhraoinain) performing live, she’ll be playing the Mountain Stage at the Swell on Sunday 10 July with her husband Tim, daughter Aisling and son Paul. This will be one of the many highlights of the festival, a chance to see and hear one of our finest talents up close and personal on her home turf, don’t miss it!

McGettigan Coach Travel are putting on a coach for all you lovely people travelling from Letterkenny and its surrounds, leaving from The Old Orchard Car Park, Letterkenny at 4pm Friday and again at 10am Saturday, returning from the ferry port at Burtonport at 2pm Monday. Tickets are available on here alongside your festival tickets for the very reasonable sum of €10 (+€1.23 bkg fee). No ticket, no travel!
We’re delighted to announce the lineup for Swell Festival 2016. We return for our 3rd year with Headline performances from David Kitt, The Wood Burning Savages, Clanns & Rev. Peyton’s Big Damn band. We have 5 stages or entertainment throughout the weekend with Music, DJs, Spoken Word, Poetry, Irish Language Performances, and much much more.
A big thanks to the management and staff at Voodoo Venue & Greenroom Live, Letterkenny for generously donating the proceeds of their Birthday celebrations at “Return of the GREENROOM” on Sunday 8th May to the Swell Festival.
